Terms & Conditions for The Cafe Specialists Ltd

Here at The Cafe Specialists, we like to keep things straightforward and transparent. We’re sound, and if you’re here, you likely are too. To make sure we’re always on the same page and doing our best work together, please have a read of our terms. 

By using our services, you are agreeing to the terms below:

This package is a 3-Month Minimum: Good things take time, and we want to get you the best results possible. Due to this, our packages come with a 3-month minimum commitment.

Monthly Auto-Renew: Once those initial 3 months are up, your package will automatically roll over on a month-to-month basis. If you decide it's time to part ways after the initial 3 months, it is your responsibility to cancel. We require an email 7-days before your next billing date to stop the auto-renewal, which you can send to (info@thecafespecialists.ie). If you forget to cancel, the monthly invoice still stands.

We’re pretty good, and we will do our best to get you the best possible results. However, as we do not own Google, we cannot legally guarantee any rankings or results. We promise to do our best to achieve results, but we cannot legally promise exact outcomes.

We won't share your sensitive business information, passwords, or internal financial data with anyone. By working with us, you agree that we can share the results that we help to achieve for you in case studies, social media posts & on our website etc. If you ask us, we’ll be happy to remove it, no problem at all! We reserve the right to use your business name, logo, and public brand assets (Intellectual Property) on our website, social media, and marketing materials simply to say, "We work with these great brands!" It’s helpful to us, so thank you in advance!

Limitation of Liability: We aren’t a major company, so we do need to protect our business as much as possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cafe Specialists Ltd’s total liability for any claim, damages, or losses arising from our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the single month immediately preceding the claim.

Not Liable for "Anything Else": We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party platform glitches (like Facebook or Google going down or banning your account), force majeure events or any other consequential losses. We are only responsible for the specific services we agreed to provide. That being said, we will do our best to help with anything we can if you need it.

If we need assets like photos, approvals, or access from you to do our job, you agree to provide them in a timely manner. We won’t rush you, and once again, we’re always happy to help, but legally, we aren't liable for delays caused by you not getting back to us with the tools we need from you to provide the service (Google Access, photos, etc).

Payment Terms: You agree to pay via Direct Debit. If it fails, you agree to us pausing the service until it’s paid. However, if you email us, we’ll be happy to see if we can help.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to terminate our agreement if the working relationship becomes strained. We wish to maintain a great working relationship with our clients. In such cases where we cannot keep working with a client, we will complete the active month & cease work with the client, cancelling the direct debit.

We prefer to work together, but if we have to hire a solicitor or go to court, or if we are sued by a third party because of content/instructions you gave us, you agree to pay all of our reasonable legal fees and costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. If we ever have a dispute that we can't settle over a friendly conversation, the Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
